Clips n Cuts Around the World Challenge #2

I made this card for the Around the world challenge that is being hosted by Vicky over at Clips-n-Cuts Blog. The Holland picture of the tulips inspired me to make this Birthday Card with the tulips and butterflies. I thought that it would be fun to submit this card. The stamps that I used are all Hero Arts and are the following: Clear Design Birthday Messages CL139, ClearDesign T CL020, Swirly Frame S5179, and CL Mi Casa (6x4) CL389 ( I used the butterfly from the Mi Casa Stamp set.) First, I stamped the frame in clear embossing ink and sprinkled clear embossing powder over it and heat set it. I used Wild Honey distress ink for the resist technique. On a seperate sheet of paper, I stamped the tulips and the butterflies and colored them with copic markers. Then I sponged peeled paint distress ink for the grass and sponged broken china ink and blended in faded jeans distress ink. Then when that was completed, I put the card together. It was a lot of fun doing this card.
