Hello everyone -- It has been a long time.....

since I posted anything on my blog. I went to San Diego during the first two weeks of June and did not have the chance to make any cards and post anything while I was away. When I returned home, I wasn't ready to make any cards and other things had to take priority at home. My Mojo was lost for awhile and I am trying to get it back and still struggling with it. I guess that I could say that I was also missing in Action. But, after being home for a few weeks, I received an email about Summer Stamp Camp 2011 and decided to enroll in the class. So, here is my first card for Stamp Camp. I am also entering this card in the Hero Arts monthly challenge.

The following Hero Arts stamps were used: Find Joy CL497, Profile Blossom III E3756, Bud Blossom IV E3757, and Magical Background CG211. Distress Ink: Spun sugar, Milled Lavender, and Dusty Concord.
These next two cards are also being entered in the Hero Arts challenge. Hero Arts Stamps used: Card Art Decorative Birds K4892 and Flourish Background CG119. The image was stamped with Sahara Sand Ink by stampin up and then I colored over the image with Prisma color pencils.

Stamps used are Hero Arts: Classic Fabric Design CG245 and Heart Cake F4651. Distress Ink used: Broken China and Antique Linen. Hero Arts Shadow Ink Soft Stone and Soft Sand. The cake was colored with Copic marker BG10. Card was an inspiration from Sally Traidman of Hero Arts and to see her inspirational card, please go here. I used the same technique, but with a different stamp.

It is good to be back making cards again and I think that I have found my Mojo. Have a wonderful day and God bless. Thanks for stopping by and looking.

Welcome back! I, too, have been having a hard time posting for the past couple of months. But, the summer card classes got me back to cardmaking! What fun!

Love the cards shown here - especially the first one. Your mojo is alive and well!!!!
